Controlled Rate (Rotational) Viscometer The RotoVisco 1 from Thermo Haake is a Controlled Rate (rotational) Viscometer specifically designed for exact quality assurance applications. The viscometer is capable of the following measuring methods; thixotropy and flow curves, time cure, and the determination of a yield point. The viscometer will measure samples from thick to thin, such as oils, paint, ceramic slurry, pasty creams, PVC plastisols, or mineral slurries. The RotoVisco 1 provides viscosity measurements with defined shear rates, flow cures with speed ramps, and features fully automatic temperature programs. |
HAAKE Series 1 - HAAKE RotoVisco 1 and HAAKE RheoStress 1
The HAAKE Series 1 instruments are compatible with a whole range of sensor systems made from titanium for the rotating part and stainless steel for the stationary part. Aluminium is used for the disposable systems. For high temperature applications the geometries are equipped with a ceramic shaft to prevent excessive heat loss.
