ViscoTron VP-1000U Sensor

The VP-1000 has been designed for standard applications and yet can be adapted to customer process applications and connection requirements.

The series ViscoTron VP-1000 is available in versions capable of measuring low viscosities to high viscosities. For process pressures up to 10 bar / 150 psi and process temperatures up to 175ºC.

These sensors will fit many applications and can be easily adapted to OEM requirements.

All sensors are compatable with the traditional VS-4450 transmitter and the direct digital drive VT-G130 transmitter.

Viscosity Sensor – VP-1000H

Viscosity Range: 0 to 100,000 m Pa.s x g/cm3

Process temperature capability: 0°C to +130°C (LTE) OR 0°C to +175°C (STE)

Pressure capability: 10 bar (150 psi)

Viscosity Sensor – VP-1000U

Viscosity Range: 0.00 to 1,000,000 m Pa.s x g/cm3 OR 10.0 to 10,000.0 m Pa.s x g/cm3

Process temperature capability: 0°C to +130°C (LTE) or 0°C to +175°C (STE)

Pressure capability: 10 bar (150 psi)

All sensors are pre-installed with VisConfig software:

Software Features: Easy configuration of all ViscoScope parameters & remote zero procedure, auto modbus address find, direct readout of measured values

Data Storage: All parameters can be store on the PC

Requirements: PC with Windows 2000 or later
