Raw Material Inspection Systems

Are highly developed optical, rheological, physical and chemical control systems, they guarantee best properties for the fields of polymerisation, processing and application. When used as an on-line system to optimise process control, they shorten the response- and product change time, and provide quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) when used as off-line lab system.

The Raw Material Inspection Systems are divided into the following 5 categories for you:

m
Chemical & Physical Property

Optical Control Systems Chemical-Physical Property BrochureAre designed to test the consistency of the external and physical conditions of the polymer & petrochemical material or exposures in it. These are measurable in gloss-, thickness-, haze loss, partial unevenness or by testing the chemical consistency, additive and density composition of the material by infrared spectroscopy. The systems are applicable on several cast- and blow film lines. As laboratory systems they ensure quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA), while as on-line systems they improve the process control.

Extrusion / Cast & Blown Film Lines

Optical Control Systems Extrusion Cast & Blown Film BrochureAre used to produce sample films at a laboratory level to provide the raw material a real time quality control during production process by mounting optical, physical, rheological and chemical control systems.

Impurity / Contamination
Optical Control Systems Impurity Contamination Brochure

Films, plaques, liquids contamination detection in polymers and other substances. The “stand alone” laboratory systems are used in research and development (R&D) centres, or for the quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) of polymer film samples. Plaques, liquids and the film surface analysers are used for on-line systems that monitor the polymer quality during the production and improve the process control, and well as for the off-line systems that detect impurities and contamination in slender sheets.

Optical Control Systems Liquid Analyser LA20

Pellet / Powder
Optical Control Systems Pellet Powder Brochure

In the laboratory, these systems are used for quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) of the pellets and powder, as on-line systems they monitor the polymer quality during the production and improve the process control.

Rheological & Physical Property

Optical Control Systems Rheolocal-Physical Property BrochureDetermine on-line viscosity with continuous melt measurements removing the need for manual measurement to be taken. Measuring the environmental stress cracking behaviour classifies polyethylene materials in regards to their slow crack growth behaviour under accelerated conditions.

Web Inspection Systems

Optical Control Systems Web Inspection System BrochureAllows for the defect detection of nearly all upcoming impurities in transparent and non-transparent films during the production process, as well as during film processing/finishing process.
