The Food Industries interactive dictionary is available for viewing on line. This interactive dictionary provides a comparison between common industry food terms (such as; shelf life and workability etc) and an equipment matrix to identify the correct instrument to characterise a material for each specific industry term.
The comparison has been developed to show the shear rate ( s-1) and/or viscosity (mPa.s) range for each term and identifies the appropriate instrument solution.
This Interactive Dictionary provides full definitions of each industry term and a link to the instrument solution suggested.
